OPPORTUNITIES
FOR ALIGNED CLINICIANS
This is a busy, established private practice with a strong focus on trauma and couples therapy. At times, demand exceeds the number of clients I am able to take on personally, and I regularly need to turn away potential clients or place them on a wait-list.
As the practice grows, I am interested in connecting with the right clinician for possible future collaboration. This could be a strong fit for someone who values meaningful referral potential, thoughtful case collaboration, and the opportunity to grow within an established, well-regarded practice.
Experienced clinicians are welcome, as are those strongly aligned and committed to growing in this direction.
FOR THERAPISTS INTERESTED IN COLLABORATIVE PRACTICE
What I value
What I am looking for is not simply someone to receive overflow referrals, but a clinician with whom client care can be shared thoughtfully and reliably when appropriate. For example, if I am supporting a couple and one partner would benefit from individual trauma therapy, I want to know that care can be coordinated in a way that feels aligned, clinically strong, and well-integrated.
The clinician who would likely thrive here is someone who values depth over volume, takes their work seriously, and appreciates both autonomy and meaningful clinical connection.
What to expect
This is a selective process focused on long-term fit rather than speed. While the practice has strong demand, a full caseload may take time to develop and would likely build gradually over the first six months.
