CONTACT

LET’S GET STARTED.

Life is stressful enough. Let me make this part as easy as possible.

1

Connect

The first step is booking an initial session to explore your goals, determine what approach is a good fit, and discuss what to expect from me and our sessions.

2

Plan

When you're ready, we'll schedule your weekly or intensive sessions to secure your place in my schedule. For intensives, a deposit is required within 48 hours to reserve your appointments.

3

Heal

Where we do the work! I’ll guide you through your therapy experience and help you heal. You’ll begin to lead a more fulfilling life, with deeper relationships, and a clearer understanding of yourself.

Urgent Support

This website and the Jane booking system are not monitored for urgent concerns.

If you are in crisis, please contact 988 or the Crisis Centre of BC at 310-6789.

Ready to Book?

Appointments labeled “for current clients” are reserved for existing clients only.

I accept new clients as space becomes available, and availability may vary throughout the year.

When I am accepting new clients, you are welcome to book an initial session directly through my online booking page. This is usually the best way to begin, as meeting together allows us to better understand your goals, your needs, and whether my approach is a good fit.

If my booking page shows available appointments for new clients, you may go ahead and book. If appointments are listed as “for current clients,” or if my schedule indicates that I am not currently accepting new clients, then I do not have new client availability at that time.

I recommend reviewing my FAQ page before booking, as it answers common questions about my services, approach, fees, and policies.

A limited number of brief consultation calls are made available on the first of each month. These calls are intended for individuals or couples who would like to ask a few questions before deciding whether to book. Outside of scheduled consultation calls, I am not able to respond personally to new client inquiries by email or phone.

If, after reviewing your intake information or meeting together, it becomes clear that I am not the right provider for your needs, I will discuss this with you and support you with appropriate referrals where possible.

Availability

My weekly therapy schedule is often full, though I do take on new clients periodically throughout the year.

If you are hoping for more timely or focused support, an intensive format may be a better place to begin. I offer limited availability for EMDR Intensives and Couples Therapy Intensives for clients and couples who want more continuity, depth, and momentum than weekly therapy typically allows.

This format can be especially helpful when you already know there is an experience, relationship pattern, emotional response, or recurring concern you want to work on in a more focused way.

Intensives are not simply longer therapy sessions. They are structured, focused therapy formats designed to create more time, depth, and momentum for the work. I do not routinely maintain a waitlist. In limited circumstances, clients may be invited to join a short-term waitlist.

Important information about working with me:

To help you decide whether my practice is a good fit, please note the following:

  • I offer appointments on select weekdays only. Evening and weekend sessions are not available for weekly clients.

  • Services are available only to clients physically located in British Columbia or the Yukon at the time of sessions.

  • Third-party direct billing and assistance with insurance claims are not available.

  • I do not provide psychological assessments, diagnostic evaluations, or report-writing services.

  • I do not offer sessions or letters solely for documentation purposes, including medical leave, workplace accommodations, or emotional support animals.

  • I do not currently work with children or youth.

If these limitations are not workable for you, another provider may be better positioned to meet your needs at this time.
